This 10 gram bag of Spark-Lite Tinder Punk (85-4025) is made from Mugwort. Mugwort is completely natural and is great for spark-based fire lighting methods, because it smoulders very slowly and at a very high tempreature. Its also great for using with solar igniters, such as maginfying lenes and parabollic reflectors. Only a pinch need be used to create a sweet smelling ember that can be used to light a fire when placed in a Tinder Bundle and blown into a flame or used with a bit of 2,000 year old technology - a Sulphur Match - which can be used to creat a direct flame.

Mugwort is also occassionally known as Felon herb,Wild Wormwood,Sailor's Tobacco and gives off a pleasant aroma when lit.You can or keep the tab as is and place it into you tinder bundle and focus the sun's rays onto the tab by using a maginfying lenes or break the Tab open and strike a ferro rod onto the Tinder until it catches a spark. Not suitable for Flint & Steel.
