1. Promotion Period

The free gift with purchase (the Free Gift with Purchase) is available on beaverbushcraft.co.uk and in from the 10 February 2024 at 00:01AM GMT to 31 March 2024 at 11:59PM GMT, or while supplies last (the Promotion Period).

2. Introduction

These terms and conditions (the Terms) apply to Free Gift with purchase Promotions available from time to time on http://www.beaver bushcraft.co.uk (the Website).

3. The Promoter

Shark Designs (Beaver Bushcraft) a business registered in England and Wales, whose registered office is at 56 Gassons Road, Snodland, Kent, ME6 5RW, England (Promoter).

4. The Promotion

4.1. Spend the Qualifying Amount as detailed in the promotion on any Shark Designs or Beaver Bushcraft products and merchandise (Products) on the relevant Website and within the relevant time of the Promotion (the Promotion Period) and receive the free gifts with your purchase (the Promotion).

4.2. During the Promotion Period, each customer (cardholder, household). will be limited to ONE (1) free gift with their purchase of products.

4.3. We cannot guarantee product availability or restock.

Please note that purchasing e-gift cards does not count as purchase of Products and will therefore not contribute towards the Qualifying Amount required to receive the Gift.

5. The Gift

5.1. The gift is as detailed in the promotional advertising.

5.2. The Gift is exclusive of delivery costs.

5.3. The Gift is exclusive of any taxes or hidden charges or costs or import duties that may be enforced by the participants federal or local government (where applicable).

5.4. The Gift is subject to availability. There is no cash alternative for the Gift and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Gift with a gift of equal or greater value.

5.5 The Gift cannot be exchanged. For example, the Gift cannot be exchanged in the event the wrong shade is selected for the free Gift.

5.6 In the event that any Product(s) purchased as part of qualifying transaction are returned and the qualifying transaction would therefore fall below the Qualifying Amount, the customer will be required to return the Gift. Any returned items must be accompanied by the original purchase order.
